Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your Jolla Shop account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection & Refund

    Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
